A series of five culinary encounters, in which we enter the kitchen of chefs and foodies from the Israeli-Jewish American community involved in the local cooking scene. We’ll smell dishes from Grandma’s house, hear the stories of migration behind the plates, peek at the spice rack and learn what’s left behind and what’s wandering in transit between countries. Come meet with us and explore the soul of our food.
