ABOUT THE CHEF
My husband, Ofer, and I own and operate a Mediterranean restaurant in Plantation, Florida. I come from a huge family, I’m one of 15 children. So growing up cooking for so many people from a very young age I knew that my passion was to cook for others and to see the smile on people’s faces when they eat something that I prepared. I love learning about foods from around the world. I love learning about different spices and trying them out in my dishes. I love the colors of food and the amazing things you can make with anything. I love food!
