Ilana has over 30 years of executive leadership experience working with large and small organizations, both in the for-profit and the nonprofit space. Ilana’s career includes over 25 years with Deloitte, starting out as a CPA and ultimately leading the firm’s HR operations in the US and India. Working closely with Yossie Hollander, a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, she currently manages and directs several organizations and programs including the Fuel Freedom Foundation, which fights to end our addiction to oil and the Focus Project, a joint initiative of major Jewish organizations to combat antisemitism. Under Hollander’s leadership, Ilana has also led several initiatives in support of Echoes & Reflections, the US’ leading provider of holocaust education. Born and raised in Israel, Ilana has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently based in Southern California.
