Ofra Etzion was born and raised in Ramat HaSharon, Israel, and has been living in Las Vegas since 2001 with her husband and three daughters. Prior to joining the Israeli-American Council (IAC), Ofra taught and managed Hebrew and Judaica programs for children at a Jewish Day School.
During her military service in the IDF, Ofra served as a Physical Education Trainer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Wingate Institute, Israel’s National Center for Physical Education and Sport in Netanya, Israel.
Ofra joined the IAC in 2017 and has since made significant contributions as the Next Generation Program Manager, overseeing and expanding programs such as IAC Keshet, IAC Eitanim, and Hackathon. She has served as Regional Director since 2020, continuing her mission to build a strong and vibrant Jewish and Israeli community in Las Vegas with Israel at its heart.
