Chief Operating Officer
Shely Medved is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the IAC. Shely brings a unique blend of experience, expertise, and passion to her role.
Since relocating to the United States in 2011, Shely has been an active and valued member of the Israeli American community.
She found her professional home at the IAC in 2012. Immediately drawn to IAC’s mission and the remarkable team behind it, Shely has been an integral part of the organization’s evolution.
Throughout her tenure with the IAC, Shely has held various roles. From serving as a Program Manager to assuming the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Shely’s journey has prepared her for her current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she oversees the IT, HR, and Operations departments.
Beyond her professional achievements, Shely’s personal life is deeply intertwined with the IAC community. Her husband is a proud member of the Geffen Club, while her three sons actively participate in the Keshet and Eitanim programs. For Shely and her family, the IAC isn’t just an organization—it’s a second home, a community where they feel connected and supported.
Shely holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Technion Institute and MBA from Tel Aviv University. In her free time, Shely enjoys exploring the world with her family, embracing new cultures, and creating cherished memories.
