Tal was born and raised in Israel. She began her career as a Captain in the C4I branch of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork. In 2007, she moved to the United States and took on several roles in the defense industry in Washington, D.C.

In 2019, Tal transitioned to the non-profit sector, joining Momentum Unlimited (formerly JWRP) as a Project Manager, later advancing to Marketing Operations Manager. Her ability to manage projects, enhance operational efficiency, and support partner organizations has been exemplary.

Tal served as the National Director of Operations at the Israeli-American Council (IAC), where she oversaw IT/IS operations and ensured high customer support satisfaction across multiple offices and users. She is also an active council member with the IAC, collaborating on local and national initiatives.

Nowadays Tal is starting her journey in the Fintech industry as a Tech Ops associate at Sunbit.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tal founded and remains active with the Israeli scouts in Austin, she is the captain of a
catchball team, coaches her daughter’s volleyball team, and enjoys music and reading.

She lives in Round Rock, TX, married to Itsik and is a proud mother of three daughters: Emma, Leehe, and Hailey.
