Tal Shuster is an entrepreneur, community leader, and dedicated advocate for strengthening the Israeli-American connection. Born and raised in Israel, Tal served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces before moving to the United States to pursue her education. She holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University and a master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Over the past 15 years, Tal and her husband, Eyal Shuster, co-founded two companies, DVORA Life and Greenspot. DVORA Life is redefining urban living by transforming multifamily residences into thriving communities that feel like home. Greenspot is dedicated to expanding EV adoption by developing and operating a nationwide network of accessible charging stations.

Tal has been an active member of the New Jersey-Israel Commission, fostering economic, cultural, and educational ties between Israel and New Jersey. She was also recognized by La’Isha (לאשה) Magazine’s (מפיצות אור) Women Who Shine Project in 2025 for her leadership and influence in the community.

Her journey with the Israeli-American Council (IAC) began as a participant in the Gvanim Leadership Program. Since 2015, she has served as a New Jersey Council Member, later joining the IAC National Board in 2020. In 2024, she was appointed as Co-Chair of the National Board, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction.

Tal resides in Jersey City with her husband and their four children, balancing her professional endeavors with her deep commitment to community and family.
