Fostering leadership within the Israeli and Jewish-American community is essential for its future. As antisemitism and Israel hatred rise nationwide and around the globe, the IAC aims to give community members the knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to combat these challenges. The year-long Gvanim program offers extensive training and enriching experiences to empower Jewish and Israeli leaders, engage them on pressing issues, preserve Jewish heritage and inspire future generations to stand proudly for Israel.
Graduates join a national network of peers who will shape the community’s future and strengthen the connection to Israel.
