IAC Eitanim is a national teen leadership program for middle and high school students in grades 8–12, named in memory of
Major Eitan Belachsan z”l.

Through project-based learning, real-world challenges, professional mentorship, and inspiration from Israel’s Startup Nation spirit, participants develop leadership skills and create innovative technology and community-focused projects with Israel at their heart.

For the 2026–2027 program year, and with the goal of expanding opportunities for meaningful action and leadership development,
IAC Eitanim Leadership is growing into a broader model with two distinct tracks:
IAC Classic Eitanim – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
IAC MAGEN Fellowship – Identity, Resilience & Civic Leadership.
