Cancellation Period:
Tickets may be canceled up to 7 days before the event for a refund. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund. If you purchased a ticket 7 days or less before the event starts, the ticket will be non-refundable.

Cancellation Within 7 Days Before the Event:
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, considering the reasons for cancellation.

Cancellation Process:
To initiate a cancellation, please contact the local IAC team member, or submit a ticket through the Eventbrite website.
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment and will take 5-7 business days. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution and their policies.

Event Cancellation:
If the IAC cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
IAC may change the location or date of an event considering security reasons, weather etc. Should there be a change in the scheduled date, customers will have a 3-day window from the revised announcement date to cancel their registration and receive a full refund.

Transfer of Tickets:
Only the person who purchases the tickets is allowed to use them, as they are non-transferable, unless authorized by IAC team member.

Processing Fees:
Processing fees may apply to refund requests. Customers may be responsible for covering these fees, and the determination of applicable charges will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of IAC.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the local IAC team member or submit a refund request through the Eventbrite website. By purchasing tickets through the Israeli American Council’s online platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
