By enrolling in the program, I confirm the following:

I give permission to participate in all program activities, whether held on-site, virtually, or at designated off-site locations.

I understand that the program organizers will make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe environment. However, I acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in group programs and therefore release the program organizers, staff, volunteers, and partner organizations from liability for any incidents or injuries that may occur during program activities.

I authorize the program organizers to use photographs or video recordings of me taken during program activities for internal use and promotional purposes. I understand this consent is a condition of enrollment.

Code of Conduct and Behavior Expectations
To help create a safe and welcoming environment for all, we ask each participant to:

• Listen to and follow the guidance of program staff and instructors.
• Show respect toward fellow participants, staff, and program materials.
• Always use respectful and appropriate language.

Behavior Policy and Disciplinary Actions
Consistent disruptive or unsafe behaviors such as aggression, harassment, etc. will be addressed promptly. Our goal is to support every participant while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

If behavior issues continue despite our efforts to support and redirect, the program organizers reserve the right to suspend or end a participant’s enrollment. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program fees are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance or participation. This policy allows us to allocate resources and plan programs effectively based on confirmed enrollment.

Change of Location and Time
The organizers reserve the right to modify program time or location due to unforeseen circumstances such as safety concerns, emergencies, or program needs. Participants will be notified via email. For permanent changes, participants will have five (5) business days to cancel their enrollment and request a partial refund for remaining sessions. One-time changes are non-refundable.

Program Cancellation
If the program is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund and may be offered an alternative program if available.

Attendance Policy
Failure to attend the program does not qualify participants for a refund. Resources are allocated to ensure a quality program experience for all registered participants.

Liability Waiver
Participation in program activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, participants agree to release and hold harmless the program organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

Indemnification
Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own actions during program activities and to indemnify and hold harmless the program organizers from any claims arising from their participation.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By enrolling in the program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
