Sivan Zamir serves as VP of Innovation & Venture at Xylem, the world’s largest water technology and solutions provider
and a Fortune 500 company. She leads early-stage innovation, venture capital investing, and product management across
a broad range of technologies, including advanced treatment, next-generation sensing, and AI-powered infrastructure.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Israel, Sivan made Aliyah and spent many years building two tech startups in Israel before returning
to the U.S. with her husband to drive innovation within a global industrial organization.
In her talk, Sivan will share what really happens after pilots, how large corporations decide what to scale, and offer practical insights
