The IAC Eitanim Young Mentors Program is designed for high school juniors, who are 2-3 year of the Eitanim innovation Program
(in a row), to expand their leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Through a combination of online sessions and hands-on practicums, participants work closely with professional
mentors to develop essential skills in guidance, support, and effective leadership.
As part of the program, they will mentor middle school participants, helping foster creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
This experience not only equips young mentors with valuable life skills but also empowers them to inspire
and guide their younger counterparts and help them grow.
Date/Time subject to change
The Young Mentors will join the middle school track (which takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays)
and will also participate in several online training and learning sessions.
The specific dates for these sessions will be coordinated individually with the Eitanim team.
