IAC Eitanim Leadership includes two distinct tracks designed to give teens different opportunities to grow as leaders and take meaningful action. One of these tracks is the IAC MAGEN Teen Fellowship.
Fellows participate in seven in-depth sessions and a final project presentation, combining experiential learning, mentorship, inspiring speakers, educational tours, field experiences, and practical leadership training.
Participants explore Jewish, Israeli, and Zionist identity; Israel and Zionism; antisemitism and anti-Zionism; media literacy; resilience; public speaking; civic engagement; and community leadership. They also meet and learn directly from Jewish community leaders, civic leaders, elected officials, educators, and local decision-makers.
Each fellow develops and leads a personal or community impact project. Selected projects may receive an IAC nano-grant.
What Fellows Receive
Personal mentorship, leadership and communication tools, eligibility for community service hours, access to a national peer network, opportunities for nano-grants, and admission to the IAC National Summit and Leadership Bootcamp.
*Admission requires a short written assignment and participation in the selection process.
**Accepted fellows must commit to active and consistent participation throughout the program.
