Take Control – Self Protection Session

Grandmaster Al Garza who own and operate Al Garza’s Premier Martial Art and have a vast experience
in Krav Maga and self-defense, has agreed to come and teach us basic self-protection techniques.
This session is open to women (18+) with registration. It is FREE of charge, but the number of participants is limited.
Self-defense is important regardless, but it is a MUST nowadays.
