Welcome to IAC MAGEN Onboarding Training

IAC MAGEN is a national civic leadership network empowering Israeli-American and Jewish community members to move
from reacting to challenges to shaping their local environment with confidence and purpose.

At this interactive training, participants will learn how local civic power works, how to build relationships with elected officials,
school boards, and law enforcement, how to respond to antisemitic issues in a smart and coordinated way, and finally how
to build a proud Jewish and pro Israeli community.

Through practical tools, community mapping, and peer collaboration, you will connect with others who care about strengthening
our community and join a growing national network working together for impact.
The training is the starting point for continued engagement through local and national IAC MAGEN task forces focused on civic leadership, community resilience, and partnerships.

Join us for an insightful workshop featuring Sheriff Elias Diggins and Amy windju who is an communty activst with a lot of experiance working with boards and education systems.

Sheriff Elias Diggins will share how we can collaborate with law enforcement to make Colorado a safer place for everyone, as well as his efforts in addressing antisemitism.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.
Following the discussion, we will break into three task force groups to work on the following topics: Engagement with the Police – Led by Ofer Tal Combatting Antisemitism in Education Systems and Libraries – Led by Gilad Shwartz Civic Engagement in City Councils and Boards – Led by Adam Kugeman.

This is your chance to get the right tools, and get the right support system to do more for your community. We look forward to your participation!
