Welcome to IAC MAGEN Onboarding Training
IAC MAGEN is a national civic leadership network empowering Israeli-American and Jewish community members to move from reacting to challenges to shaping their local environment with confidence and purpose.
At this interactive training, participants learn how civic power works, how to cultivate relationships with elected officials, school boards, and law enforcement, how to counter antisemitic incidents in a smart and coordinated way, and how to build a proud, vibrant pro-Israel community.
Through practical tools, civic mapping, and peer collaboration, you will connect with peers dedicated to strengthening our community and join a growing national network working together for impact. This onboarding is the starting point for ongoing engagement through local and national Task Forces focused on civic leadership, resilience, and strategic partnerships.
Task Force Selection
As part of IAC MAGEN Onboarding Training Day, you will join a Task Force—a focused team where your skills turn into tangible community results. Each Task Force operates locally and nationally, providing tools, mentorship, and a network to take meaningful action.

Public & Elected Officials
Build relationships with local elected officials, school boards, and municipal leaders to increase representation, engage in public hearings, and shape policies.
SHIELD – Antisemitism Response
Be part of a coordinated network addressing antisemitism in schools, campuses, and civic spaces through reporting, escalation, and strategic community support.
Law Enforcement
Develop relationships and coordination with local police agencies to improve security awareness, communication, and preparedness.
Allies Relations
Build coalitions with non-Jewish partners and community leaders to foster mutual understanding and expand circles of support.
