Step into the world of Sefer Society, a dynamic and sophisticated book club where literature meets activism.
Over the next five months, we will immerse ourselves in the works of some of the most compelling Israeli and Jewish authors from Israel and the diaspora, exploring themes of Jewish resilience, identity, and advocacy.
Each session will be an interactive experience that blends a great book, challenging ideas, and thought-provoking discussions—all in the company of engaged, like-minded individuals. Expect an evening filled with stimulating conversation, fine wine, light refreshments, snacks, sweets, and several opportunities to win books!
📖 Our First Book: Israel Alone by Bernard-Henri Lévy
We will begin our journey with the acclaimed work Israel Alone, diving into its powerful themes and drawing inspiration from
its pages for Jewish activism—and activism in general—. After our first book, future selections will be chosen democratically as a group, ensuring that every voice is heard and that every book inspires new discussions.
