Michael relocated from Israel to the USA in 2008, bringing with him a diverse background in both military service and academics. In Israel, Michael served in the Air Force and earned degrees in Computer Science and Physics from Ben-Gurion University. After beginning his career as an engineer, he transitioned into law and became a patent attorney.
His first job in the U.S. was with a law firm where he worked for six years before founding his own patent firm, M&B IP.

M&B IP focuses on serving tech startups, and under Michael’s leadership, the firm has grown to 18 employees. They have served hundreds of startups globally, with a particular focus on Israeli tech companies. Michael maintains strong ties with the Israeli tech community, working with over 250 startups in Israel. He is also well connected with the tech community in New York City and actively invests as an angel investor in early-stage tech startups.

On the personal side, Michael is married to Tali with three children, aged 19, 15, and 11. His eldest son is currently attending Stevens Institute of Technology.
Michael and his family are deeply involved in both the Jewish and Israeli communities. All of his children are fluent in Hebrew, maintaining a strong connection to their cultural roots.
