Sandra Fathi is the CEO & Founder of Grey Matter Advisory. She has spent more than 25 years guiding companies – from start-ups through global corporations – on branding, marketing, public relations and business transformation. Prior to Grey Matter Advisory, Sandra founded and led Affect, a successful B2B marketing and public relations firm for technology, financial services and healthcare which was acquired by Gregory FCA in 2021. Earlier in her career, Sandra cut her teeth reporting on Israeli high tech start-ups and held in-house roles leading marketing for several organizations based in Israel and the US.

Sandra was born in New York and attended New York University before making Aliya and volunteering for the IDF. She met her husband, Ronen, in Israel and subsequently finished her studies at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Today, her and her husband live in New Jersey where they raised their two children. They are both very active in supporting philanthropic causes for Israel and the Jewish community.
