Born in Israel, Shachar moved to America at thirteen years old, where he became familiar with the young Israeli scene and began organizing community events. He is the founder and CEO of All Pro Distributing Inc. and is a seasoned developer and investor of commercial and residential real estate.

Shachar is married with three children. Shachar loves Israel, the Jewish community, and his heritage. He is involved with many local synagogues, charities, and organizations.
