Esti brings 15 years of expertise in project management, international relations, and trade across both public and private sectors. As a driving force in promoting Israeli exports and attracting foreign investments during her time at the Israeli Ministry of Economy, she led international conferences, exhibitions, and business delegations. As the Head of the Israeli Trade and Investment Mission to Hong Kong, she successfully navigated global business landscapes. Currently, she serves as Senior Director of Communities at the IAC, managing several branches across the US and spearheading the organization’s Business Networking Initiative.
