Code of Conduct and Behavior Expectations
IAC Youth Programs foster a community built on respect, leadership, and positive engagement. Each participant is expected to:

  • Engage in activities with a cooperative, positive attitude.
  •  Maintain appropriate personal boundaries and behavior.
  • Use respectful and appropriate language at all times.

However, consistent disruptive or unsafe behaviors such as bullying, harassment, or refusal to participate-will be addressed promptly to ensure a positive experience for all. Our goal is to support each teen while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
If behavior issues continue despite our efforts to support and redirect, IAC reserves the right to suspend or end a teen’s participation in the program. In these cases, refunds will not be issued. We’re committed to doing our best to work with families to find solutions that support every teen’s success.
