Amir is a Virginia resident where his management consulting and engineering firm is focused on homeland security technology and innovation. Amir is a Co-Chair of the IAC DC Council and a national mentor for the IAC Eitanim Program. Amir is also a Leadership board member, VP Alumni Relations with American Technion Society (ATS). Prior to living in VA, Amir has spent nearly 14 years in the Bay Area, CA where he was active professionally in the high-tech industry as well as management consulting in the aviation sector and was engaged in various Israeli and Jewish community activities throughout Northern CA. Amir is a native Israeli but spent his first 10 years growing up in Nigeria, Africa. After his family move back to Israel, Amir, served in the Israeli Defense Special Forces as an Officer and graduated from the Tel Aviv and Technion Universities. Amir worked 11 years at the Israeli Security Agency before emigrating with his family to the U.S.
