Anat Katzir

Director of education programs at the Kol Dorot reform community in northern New Jersey.
She holds a law degree from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in Jewish Education from Hebrew Union College of New York. Anat is currently completing her rabbinical certification at the Yonkers Academy of Judaism, New York.
Anat became connected to the Jewish world when she was a child with her family on a mission in California and continued her connection with the Movement for Progressive Judaism in Israel through her work and missions in the Jewish Agency for Israel.
In 2012, Anat moved with her partner Ofir and their children Yoel and Yinon from Modi’in to New Jersey.
Since moving to the United States, Anat has worked as an educator, program leader, consultant, mentor and processes facilitator in American Jewish communities from various backgrounds and organizations specializing in Jewish education.
