Moriah Simon Hazani

Native Jerusalemite, is a Conservative rabbi by training and the upcoming Executive Director of Golden Slipper Gems, a lifelong learning program for active adults located in suburban Philadelphia. Moriah holds a Master’s degree in Jewish Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Moriah has been living in the Philadelphia area on and off for the past 18 years with her husband and three children. She has been with various local Jewish organizations, such as synagogues and schools. Moriah participated in the second cohort of Gvanim Philadelphia and returned as a facilitator last year. She is looking forward to seeing the next cohort opens new horizons for the Israeli/Jewish/American community.
